Before you write

Check our How It Works page for answers to common questions about how receipts are processed, what the Excel file looks like, and what photo quality is required.

For refund requests

Please include your Stripe payment confirmation email or the last 4 digits of the card used, the approximate date and time of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days.

For processing issues

If your receipts weren’t read correctly, the most common causes are blurry photos, poor lighting, or receipts that are crumpled or partially cut off. Try retaking the photo in good light with the full receipt flat and visible. If the problem persists, email us with a sample photo (with sensitive amounts redacted if you prefer) and we’ll investigate.
